The mouth is the gateway to the rest of our body. We can't have a healthy body without healthy teeth and gums. Our daily oral care routine is the first step towards holistic heath. Brush and floss every day.
flow
Movement is medicine. It supports our physical and mental health and is vital to longevity. Find activities you enjoy to incorporate into your daily routine. A little movement every day goes a long way.
fascia
Dysfunctional fascia can contribute to various musculoskeletal conditions and is often the root cause of pain in our bodies. This layer of connective tissue lies beneath our skin from the top of our head to the tips of our toes. Understanding our fascia and how to care for it is vital for our health.

We can survive for weeks without food and days without water but only minutes without breath. Nasal breathing supports optimal health and well being. The simple act of focusing on our breath can reduce stress. Understanding that breathing is a process we can control is crucial to holistic health.

Who am i?
I am a wife, dog mom, daughter and friend. I love to dance and travel. I am an introverted extrovert living in Rochester, New York.
I've been practicing dental hygiene since 2007. Throughout my career I've helped thousands of patients understand the link between their oral and overall health. My mission with floss and flow is to reach beyond the confines of the walls of my office.
In 2011 I started doing yoga. I saw incredible benefits in my mind, body and spirit. In 2020 I embarked on my teacher training journey with Authentic Movements. I am a 500 hour yoga teacher certified in vinyasa and hatha yoga.
At 44, after a decade of my own healing journey, I have witnessed the profound impact of these practices. Holistic health is a lifestyle that has enriched my daily existence.
My desire to share this transformative journey is more than just a passion; it's a commitment to empower people of all ages to embrace well-being at its core.
Together we will build a community that transcends physical and geographic boundaries. I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
